Who is responsible for this left turn auto accident?
A young man, age 17, was stopped at an intersection in his custom 1967 Mustang. The defendant driver was taking a left turn into the lane where our client was stopped, and negligently turned directly into the front of the Mustang, causing our client to strike his mouth against the steering wheel.
Successful Resolution: $235,000
In consideration of the considerable amount of dental work that was required, a $235,000 settlement was agreed to.
