Our client and her 12 year-old daughter went out for a test-drive of an ATV. Encouraged by the salesman to take this new four-wheeler out, Our client first asked whether the new vehicle would tip over because it looked “very tippy”. As they were rounding the first turn, the vehicle flipped over causing injury.

A City of Chicago police officer was proceeding to an emergency with his sirens on and lights flashing when he drove through a red light and was broadsided by another vehicle. Did Chicago truck car tollway accident aggravate a pre-existing condition?
Our client, a 70 year-old grandmother, broadsided a van that cut across lanes in front of her. Our client’s knees struck the dashboard of her vehicle requiring surgery on one of her knees, and later had a total knee replacement surgery on the same knee. Because she had serious knee problems before the accident, the defendant's insurance company refused to make a reasonable settlement.
