Encouraged by the salesman to take this new four-wheeler out, Our client first asked whether the new vehicle would tip over because it looked “very tippy”. Did Chicago truck car tollway accident aggravate a pre-existing condition?
Our client, a 70 year-old grandmother, broadsided a van that cut across lanes in front of her. Our client’s knees struck the dashboard of her vehicle requiring surgery on one of her knees, and later had a total knee replacement surgery on the same knee. Because she had serious knee problems before the accident, the defendant's insurance company refused to make a reasonable settlement.
