Lipkin & Higgins represented a 57 year old man struck by a vehicle as he climbed inside his parked car, in August of 2007. Our client suffered a displaced bimalleolar fracture of his right ankle and was taken by Ambulance from the scene to a local Chicago hospital. Within hours he underwent surgery which involved placing multiple surgical screws and plates into his ankle.
Following a stay of several days in the hospital, the client called us for representation.
