Situation:
Although the newborn was on time, was the doctor late?

An infant was born with profound, systemic medical problems, and survived only 3 months, after the obstetrician /gynecologist who delivered her failed to perform a timely cesarean section.
Successful Resolution: $600,000

We were able to prove from fetal heart monitor strips that the baby suffered from a lack of oxygen in vitro, and should have been delivered by C-section 40 minutes earlier.  The family settled for $600,000.
